Main obligations of the parts

  • The SELLER must:
    • deliver the goods wrapped (except if it is of usage in the profession to provide them the goods without packing) to the conveyor indicated by the purchaser.
    • To load the goods if the delivery intervenes in its own premises.
    • To undertake the clearance export if it is necessary.
  • The BUYER must:
    • choose the conveyor and to conclude the shipping contract.
    • conduct his/her own expenses and hazards(risks) to all necessary transactions to bring the goods to their destination from the moment where they have been handed to the chosen conveyor.
    • achieve the clearance import.

Other important points

  • Documents demanded of the seller:commercial invoice or equivalent computer data. Usual document certifying the delivery of the goods to the indicated conveyor.
  • Delicate point:the parts must suit modalities of delivery precisely:
    • place of discount of the goods (terminal of the conveyor or local of the salesperson)
    • containerization or no of the goods
